
Product Overview:
Variable frequency series three-phase asynchronous motor for lifting and metallurgy
The YZB (F) series variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor (hereinafter referred to as the motor) for lifting and metallurgy is a combination of the characteristics of three-phase asynchronous motors for crane metallurgy and the advantages of variable frequency speed regulation. It has the characteristics of high overload capacity, high mechanical strength, wide speed regulation range, and stable operation. It can be applied to various types of cranes, metallurgical machinery, or other similar equipment, as well as situations where lifting, braking, and reversing are frequent.
The electric motor can operate normally under the following conditions.
(1) The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃ for F-class insulated motors and 60 ℃ for H-class insulated motors.
(2) Relative temperature ≤ 90%.
(3) The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
(4) Frequent starting, braking (electrical or mechanical), and reversing.
The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, and it can be continuously adjusted within the range of 5-100Hz.
The benchmark working system for electric motors is S3-40%.
4 Model Description

Structure of electric motor:
Protection level: The motor protection level is IP44, which can also be made into IP54 according to user requirements, and the cooling fan protection level is IP23. Cooling method: The motor cooling method is fully enclosed axial fan cooling (IP416), or other cooling methods can be made according to user requirements. The installation type of the motor structure is shown in the table below:

Insulation level: The insulation level of the motor is F (for general environmental use) and H (for metallurgical environments). Junction box: The motor stator junction box can be located at the top of the machine base, or on the right or left side of the machine base according to user requirements.
